The resort boasts fine dining from its restaurant and a wide range of drinks from the Barefoot Bar. We have hosted wedding receptions .... as well as initimate dinners for two.
Our menu regularly changes to avail of the freshest supplies available and to satisfy our clients' demanding tastes. The sample menu below provides a glimpse of our chefs' magic.

lemon pepper & wattle seed kangaroo fillet served with
marinated sweet potato & macadamia salad tossed
through a tropical bush chutney
roasted pumpkin & spinach lasagne smothered in a creamy
goats cheese bechamel sauce and served with crispy lettuces
braised french cut lamb shanks with traditional mint glaze
on a bed of creamy potato mash
whole crispy skin baby barramundi with mango lime salsa
400g rib eye on the bone on garlic mash with rich port wine
demi glaze and a slab of bodalla blue cheese
wild honey parfait served with passionfruit coulis
